What you will be doing:

• The Food Runner is responsible for assisting the service staff in the successful delivery of both food and beverage offerings to our guests.
• The runner will insure the proper set-up and closing of the operation on a daily basis, while also maintaining a clean and organized venue throughout service.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Able to work in a high volume,high-pressure environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
• Comfortably exhibit menu knowledge of both food and beverage offering

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

• A passionate and inspired team that creates unique experiences for all they meet.
