DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

The Director of Operations is an integral member of the operating team responsible for all operational decisions of hotel business impacting guest, owner, colleage and brand relations. This role is accountable for financial and performance results in Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions.

What you will be doing:

• Leading a team of hospitality professionals and driving goals
• Making key operating decisions on service standards and operations
• Maintaining positive relationships with our business and retail vendors
• Driving results and performance managing a team to achieve results
  
  

• Experience in managinga high volume luxury hotel
• Strong administration skills supported by a good knowledge of technology systems
• Proven record of successfully leading, training and excuting standards of service
• Sound knowledge of winning operating strategies for rooms and food &beverage operations
• Ability to anticipate future trends and react to economical demands
