Position Information: This position is primarily responsible for monthly reconciliations of the University state cash clearing account and other cash fund accounts. Other responsibilities include monitoring cash balances to ensure sufficient cash flow for the daily operations of the University. A high degree of accounting skill, organization flexibility, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and professionalism are the desired qualities for this role.

Representative Duties:

• Prepare monthly cash reconciliations for multiple University funds


• Monitor University cash balances and process transfers as needed


• Perform other various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or other related field AND at least 18 credit hours of college-level accounting coursework, AND: 

• 18-36 months of administrative experience
