We are currently seeking a Watchdog (IT Contracts) to join our team in Richmond, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Overview:

The Contract Compliance Specialist (CCS) will be responsible for documenting, monitoring, and communicating to the account leadership and client the contractual commitments. The CCS must be well in front of potential performance issues, immediately alerting the NTT Data leadership of any potential operational or financial risk. The Contract Compliance Specialist will drive the contract strategies to avoid, or if needed, remediate and prepare analysis to negotiate contractual issues.

Duties:

• Focus on MSA, SLAs and penalty risk to make sure all potential issues are monitored, and risk mitigation plans exist to avoid any penalty situations.


• Produce monthly reports for SLA, Critical Deliverables, and understand and utilize the SLA exception process if needed.


• Ensure the account is following strict Change Control processes, and that all processes and documentation is followed.


• Monitor contract requirements to include governance, internal and client reviews, and other penalty and non-penalty related contractual commitments.


• Define and maintain both summary and detailed contract compliance metrics and reporting to support both internal NTTD Delivery Excellence reviews as well as client reviews.

Skills/Experience You Must Have:

1. 8 years' experience acting as a Contract Watchdog for large IT engagements.


2. 4 years' experience with SLA reporting and metrics.


3. 4 years' experience supporting Public Sector accounts.


4. Must be a US citizen and a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Nice to Have:

1. Very strong skills using Microsoft products like Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.


2. BA/BS in accounting, finance, or business administration.
