If you are a Business Systems Analyst professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Eden Prairie, MN location, you will provide functional and technical leadership in the design, implementation and maintenance of configured product models in Oracle configurator and other systems.
AS A BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST, YOU WILL:
Plan, lead and actively participate in design, configuration and testing of Oracle Applications
Be a technical expert in product configurators such as Oracle Configurator Developer, Oracle Configurator
Have a strong working knowledge of Oracle Quoting, iStore, Order Management and Manufacturing where there are touchpoints in product configuration
Ensure standards compliance and provide knowledge for standards development and change
Lead root cause analysis of configuration issues and develop plans to resolve the issues
WHO YOU ARE:
You have strong oral and written communication skills.
You have strong business skills in process mapping, business process redesign and implementation.
You have strong skills in requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
You are able to lead cross functional teams effectively
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Knowledge/experience in Oracle Configurator and Configurator Developer including user interface design, rules, and configurator extensions.
Understanding of items, BOM/BOM Synchronization, Model Structure, Catalogs, Logic Generation, CDL, UI/UI Templates, Publication, Import, Batch Validation
Experience with Oracle Applications 11i modules (Configurator, BOM, INV, OM, Quoting, Advanced Pricing)
