Engineer, Process Diffusion

In the Engineer, Process Diffusion role you will have the opportunity to develop diffusion and thermal processes to support Power semiconductor components for a wide range of applications. You will work with a team of engineers and technicians to qualify new processes while sustaining current processes. Maintain high quality processes in a continuous improvement environment.

About the Job:

  Responsible for the day to day engineering activities in the diffusion area.

  Responsibilities include ensuring product conforms to existing specifications.

  Types of equipment you will be working with include: Atmospheric diffusion furnaces, LPCVD reactors (Oxide, Nitride, Polysilicon), Metrotrology equipment (Spectrometers, Four Point Probes, SCA, etc)

  
  

About You:

  Bachelor or university degree in Engineering

  2 Year Technical Degree with 5+ years experience

  Knowledge in MS Office
