This role leads a team of direct reports and ensures their department performs to the best potential.   Responsible for all departments within assigned regional center, including Operations, Production and Sales.

• Fully responsible for P&L.  Ensures all metrics are being met from full cycle cash flow to variable and fixed costs.


• Oversees the Operations, Sales & Construction departments to ensure excellence in all work performed.


• Maintains budget and optimizes expenses.  Delegates resources to ensure maximum productivity. 


• Ensures all team members work productively and develop professionally. 


• Partners with President & supporting key departments, such as Marketing & Human Resources, to design strategy and set goals for growth.


• Acts as a liaison between senior leadership and internal departments. 


• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, policies, standards, specifications, and best practices. 

• To succeed in this role, you must have experience leading a diverse group of employees.  We prefer a background in the insurance restoration, remodeling and/or remediation industries.  Characteristics of people that we’ve seen succeed in a similar role include a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a team-player mindset.


• Prior experience as a General Manager with P&L responsibilities and leading a team of direct reports is required.


• High attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.


• Industry-specific certifications – such as those from Xactimate and/or IICRC – is preferred.


• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in related field is preferred.    

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work in an office environment.


• May work in various elements of weather while on customer job sites.


• Travel to job sites.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• This is both a sedentary and active role.  There may be physical demands, such as bending, lifting, and standing, while visiting job sites.  While in office, most work performed will be at a computer.
