Job Details

The Treasury Analyst role will report to the Treasury Manager and will serve as the business unit point person for daily M&A Treasury operations. This includes the daily reconciliation and cash position of M&A entities, funding and wire processing. The key measure of success in this role will be the individual's ability to ensure sufficient funding for M&A operations, timely processing of wires, accurate daily reporting, the optimization of excess cash, and understanding of M&A integration progress and status of each entity.

Responsibilities (not limited to the following):

  • Act as primary point person for daily M&A process, which includes:

    • executing M&A wire transfers

    • cash consolidation of excess cash in M&A entities

    • executing FX transactions and other transactions related to M&A

    • the reconciliation/confirmation of M&A Treasury flows

    • Provide monthly Treasury balance reporting and variance analysis for M&A accounts



  • Support M&A integration plans and work with cross-functional teams across the M&A integration process for both international and domestic entities;

  • Supports general banking relationship with portal administration and ad-hoc KYC reporting and signer update for M&A accounts; closures of M&A accounts;

  • Support legal team and international accounting teams on dissolution of M&A entities;

  • Maintain positive relationship with M&A treasury team counterparts;


  • Maintain compliance with SOX and internal policies;

  • Manage and understand the M&A banking structure and model;

  • Monitor Treasury email regarding M&A and respond to inquiries in a timely manner;

  • Supports internal /external audit requirements and reporting;

  • Subject Matter Expert ("SME") on Treasury M&A related activities;

  • Subject Matter Expert ("SME") on Treasury Management System and Wire Request tool;

  • Manage internal wire request tool access and field updates on Salesforce;

  • Maintain internal bank account management ("BAM") tool for M&A related accounts;

  • Handles ad-hoc Treasury projects and presentations for Treasury as well as for projects sponsored by other corporate functions or business units that require Treasury involvement;

  • Support Treasury business process and technology initiatives;

  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams on process improvements

Ideal Candidate will possess:


  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet timelines

  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to meet wire and funding deadlines

  • Ability to work independently on issues or problems with other functional areas (e.g. Accounting, Financial Services, Financial Systems, etc.)

  • Ability to build effective working relationships with banking providers and internal counterparts

  • Ability to articulate and present solutions to senior management and broader team

  • Superb work ethic and enthusiasm

Job Requirements:


  • Excellent teamwork & communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Ability to excel in a fast paced environment

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office- Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint

  • Flexibility surrounding change

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in a related field; CTP or other professional designations a plus

  • 4+ years Treasury-related work experience

  • Basic understanding of cash management, corporate finance and accounting

  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office), TMS and/or Salesforce experience a plus
