This position is available for Remote Candidates across the United States.

ABOUT THE POSITION: 

The Regional Vice President will play a key role in driving strategic, enterprise-wide, marketing-focused solutions in collaboration with Salesforce and Cognizant teams.  You will lead a highly visible and motivated team that creates and closes deal pipeline and achieves individual, team and organizational quotas. As an RVP, you will contribute to Lev’s sales strategy while providing definition and implementation of the plan for Sales to achieve sales objectives.  This includes direct interaction with key sales personnel from both Salesforce and Cognizant sales and partner organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

●    Support Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and internal sales execution meetings with channel collaborators (Salesforce and Cognizant)

●    Have (or quickly develop) a very strong understanding of how marketers (and companies) use Salesforce technology to advance their business objectives

●    Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team including recruiting, hiring, and training

●    Coach and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to drive improving metrics such as opportunity identification, pipeline generation and pipeline velocity 

●    Create and execute strategies on interaction with either Salesforce or Cognizant teams (or both)

●    Report effectively on sales activity and bookings forecast

●    Identify hiring and competency/skills gaps within in sales team

●    Lead initiatives to drive customer engagement

●    Monitor and enhance the sales activities of the team

●    Oversee the full sales lifecycle and advise on how to improve it

●    Lead and monitor lead and demand generation activities 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

●    Up to 25% business travel is likely as we interact with both customers and with Salesforce and Cognizant teams in those customer and territory pursuits

●    Develop relevant industry expertise, brand, and network.

●    Contribute to building Lev’s culture.

●    Perform other duties required and assigned.

 
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED:

●    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field or equivalent experience.

●    7+ years of demonstrated and proven software or solution sales experience.

●    Demonstrated people management experience of a sales team (min. 5 people).

●    Demonstrated experience of implementing management theories.

●    Experience in a consulting environment.

PREFERRED:

●    Experience within the Salesforce ecosystem

●    Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills.

●    Excellent business management and sales skills.

●    Consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.

●    Strong initiative to strive for continuous accuracy, quality, and timeliness of information.

●    Strong creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

●    Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and high-growth environment.
