Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is seeking a Triage Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Columbus Endocrinology office in Columbus, OH! This position plays a key role in patient care working with our providers in providing the best in patient care.  This role will be full-time, working M-F (8a-5p).

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide medical triage via telephone to patients


• Contact patients with lab testing results


• Scheduling specialty testing for patients


• Pre-certification and prior authorizations for specialty medications


• Administer testosterone injections 


• Document triage episodes for each patient


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Must possess an active nursing license in the state of Ohio


• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems preferred


• Proficient computer skills preferred
