Job Description

Our Video Security & Analytics group supports an expansive portfolio of fixed video and physical security, access control, license plate recognition, body-worn and in-car cameras, as well as analytics that help make video security an operational advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Sales and Channel Operations team to drive channel sales performance.

  • Enhance insights for Sales and Channel Operations leadership by maintaining, improving, and developing new partner program analysis and metrics.

  • Own analysis and reporting on Avigilon+ partner program success, including global program health, new partner revenue growth and activation efficiency, churn, and top partner cultivation.

  • Own reporting and post audit of the Accelerate Rebate Program, a best-in-class partner rebate incentive launched in 2021.

  • Manage Quarterly Account Plan Reviews which provide Sales leaders insight into specific partners' performance and plans for growth.

  • Support the launch of the International Avigilon partner program and the evolution of Pelco and IndigoVision channel management.

  • Develop aggregated reporting for Fixed Video to capture key metrics across the business.

  • Propose and provide financial guidance and cost benefit analysis for partner tiering, discount, and rebate programs as well as promotions.

  • Look for efficiency improvements in current reporting to streamline processes and expand role scope.

  • Develop strong relationships with Sales and Channel Operations leaders and act as their point of contact for supporting and tracking the partner program.

  • Assist with managing data and reporting within Salesforce.com.

  • Support the team in ad hoc projects.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, operations, project management, mathematics or business discipline

  • 3-5 years of financial analysis, operations, and/or sales analyst experience

  • Polished ability to present to executive leadership

  • Pioneering robust reporting metrics

  • Experience with go-to-market strategy and/or channel sales enablement experience

  • Proficient in Salesforce.com, Microsoft and Google productivity tools

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Results-oriented, hands on attitude and possesses the ability to handle multiple deliverables

  • Positive can-do attitude with a sense of drive, energy, and enthusiasm

  • Work independently and effectively manage global processes

  • Experience with reporting tools/platforms outside of Microsoft Office.

  • Must possess the confidence and business acumen required to lead cross-functional working sessions and presentations to senior leaders

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment with the ability to drive results quickly

  • Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills required

University degree and 2+ years of finance or accounting experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
