Tostrengthen our Procurement team based inSmyrna, Georgia,we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of:Fleet Manager.

The Fleet manager will be responsible for the corporate fleet program in the US and Canada. This individual will report to the Business Partner, Functions.

You like to work in anenvironmentwhere you can:

• Plan, organize, manage and direct functions and activities related to the fleet program.


• Responsible for policy, procedures and program development, review, implementation and enforcement


• Develop an annual vehicle selector by performing Life Cycle Cost Analysis including CO2 emissions.


• Initiate and direct vehicle procurement and disposal policy to maximize residual value at resale in order to minimize depreciation expense.

You willcontributeby:

• Executing contract negotiation and selection of fleet vendors.


• Maintaining all relative records and provides periodic financial analysis, cost savings, procurement directives, budgeting and reports.


• Providingnew hire fleet program orientation and training.


• Evaluating, controlling and authorizingall exceptions, including expenditures in accordance with the standard policies and established limitations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree


• 3 + years of Fleet experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with or knowledge of Finance/ HR administration


• Excellent customer service skills.


• Procurement savvy : easy understanding and use of procurement tools & systems


• IT savvy: easy understanding and use of IT tools & systems
