KIOXIA is looking for passionate and driven students from all disciplines and beyond to be a part of our summer internship. We offer an invigorating program where interns will be contributing to projects with meaningful outcomes - this is not a coffee and copy internship. Our Internship runs eight weeks during the summer between June and August and is open to students with a minimum of two years of college. While our goal is to groom a talent pool of future engineers we cannot guarantee an internship will transition to full-time position - but you never know!

Job Description

KIOXIA America, Inc is seeking a highly-skilled student intern to join our SSD Product Development Team to assist in a number of process improvement projects. You will work closely with program managers and engineers in this team to help automate data collection, and analyze the data to aid quicker decision making. You will also be tasked with creating dashboards so data can be monitored/track live. Come join this exciting team of engineers who are always looking to improve their ways of getting work done.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Assisting program managers with allocation planning and receiving/distributing SSD's from the factory


• Assisting HW team with board measurements, validation and minor reworks


• Creating JIRA Dashboards and filters to track/monitor program progress


• Automate data collection/metrics using Easy BI


• Automate JIRA readout for program schedules


• Mine and analyze data with goal to improve

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/MS degree in engineering or computer science


• Highly skill with Microsoft Office Suite including: Word, Excel, and Project


• Experience in Perl, Python or similar languages - required in automation data analysis projects
