About the job

We have an exciting opportunity in our White Plainsoffice for a dynamic Insurance Manager who will support the Director of Insurance and Risk Management in protecting the assets and the mission of our Organization.

- Collect exposure data from across the organization, provide analysis and insight
- Update the global risk management tool
- Prepare insurance budgets, allocations and supervise payments and tracking
- Maintain records of insurance policies and claims
- Assist in policies review
- Assist in the claim reporting and related process
- Coordinate the Certificate issuance process
- Help in insurance-related requests, queries or projects from internal or external partners
- Participate in various meetings (renewals, claims, risk visits, Insurance and risk management workshops and conference, etc.)
- Travel: 5 to 20%

About you

* You have already worked in the insurance field (property and liability) including knowledge od tax and accounting implications related to insurance matters
* You have a minimum of 6-10 years professional experience
* You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to function productively and independently in a fast paced environment
* You are detail oriented, with strong quantitative and analytical skills
* You are proficient in Excel (pivot tables and formulas) and PowerPoint and comfortable in a paper free environment

The base compensation range for this position is $110,000-$130,000 .
