The Operating Associate provides assistance to the operation of all departments associated with Alcoa's generating station in Warrick County Indiana.

The incumbent will aid in all areas of the plant.

Task will very according to the schedules of the day.

Assignments may require working alone, assisting a work team, or assisting co-workers. Typical assignments include, but not limited to collecting, cleaning, washing, expediting, maintaining, adjusting, monitoring, moving, operating/driving, recording, measuring, transporting, lubricating, unplugging.
