In this position, you will be responsible for the day to day customer service functions of a large, multi-location service center. The Customer Service Manager ensures that all customer service tasks are completed in a timely manner and that all of our Customer Service Specialists deliver a high-quality customer service experience to both current and future customers. This is achieved through inbound calls, outbound calls, friendly communication, accurate and timely information and meaningful connections. We know that our customers have a lot of choice in the market and can go anywhere; we want to ensure that they want to come here.
