At ResourceMFG - a division of EmployBridge - we are seeking a goal-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our business in the Bowling Green market.


Our successful Business Development Managers bring a high level of motivation plus an outside-the-box, hunter mentality to this service-driven role. By prospecting and closing new opportunities as well as leveraging existing relationships, the Business Development Manager is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the generation of new business.

Business Development Manager duties include:



  • Developing full knowledge of your own local sales territory

  • Utilizing your strong sales ability, hunter mentality, and business acumen to build and grow a book of business

  • Cultivating strong relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization including the C- Suite, Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers, and peer-level associates

  • Creatively utilizing our innovative technology to reach clients and prospects and create compelling presentations

  • Meeting and exceeding weekly goals to bring in new accounts through innovative methods i.e. Lead Gen, Vidyard, Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Collaborating with local management and operations staff to ensure that your clients will be serviced successfully

  • Consistently demonstrating the company's core values, operating principles, and service differentiators


Business Development Manager requirements include:



  • At least two years of experience in a related outside sales/new business development role

  • Prior industry experience helpful but not required

  • Outstanding relationship-building skills

  • Proven experience generating leads and taking prospects from inception to close

  • Strong computer skills and willingness to work with technology as a large part of your selling role

  • Ability to maintain documentation, notes and hit target KPI's

  • Professional verbal and written communication

  • Ability to successfully collaborate with your local team and management
