CRM Product Manager

Metabolon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Product Manager to define, develop, launch, and enhance salesforce.com and all the supporting digital capabilities that drive our client facing organization. As the CRM Product Manager, you will be focused on transforming the CRM and digital capabilities by creating a 360-degree view of the client and automating insights to enable our client facing organization to provide a personalized experience at scale.

How you will make an impact?

• Thinking strategically to define the CRM vision, and then building detailed designs and effectively communicate to the CRM users


• Partnering with commercial stakeholders to establish a commercial technology roadmap that is aligned to the business strategy and growth goals.


• Building and championing a clear strategy and roadmap for the CRM (salesforce.com) and all supporting commercial technology.


• Serving as the CRM product expert in cross functional efforts to support a timely delivery of high impact projects.


• Obtaining a deep understanding of sales and marketing team workflows, processes and tools including gathering constant feedback from sales enablement advisory board (SEABoard) and sales team members to gain insights to drive future CRM enhancements.


• Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Operations teams to effectively manage and maintain platform changes and improvements


• Acting as the primary support and point of contact for salesforce.com system integrations.


• Managing administrative functions such as user maintenance, data cleanup, and process automations.


• Maintaining a high level of data quality as well as execute on data hygiene initiatives


• Providing CRM support to the business user.

What you need for success:

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Economics, Business, Engineering, or another quantitative field


• 5+ years of systems integration and sales operations related experience


• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator


• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills


• Knowledge and experience with data structures, data flow, and downstream impacts.


• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision


• Ability to operate as both a strategic thinker and as an effective tactician


• Project Management experience


• Agile experience


• Experience managing enterprise wide systems such as / or similar to Salesforce.com, Conga Contract Management, Workato and Marketo.

Preferred skills and certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Developer.


• Agile Scrum Master Certification


• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification


• Experience with contract management systems, preferably Conga Contracts
