ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO is looking for a Business Analyst to play a critical role in helping the company manage its rapidly growing data set. You will be responsible for gathering, performing deep dive research and analysis, and providing impactful deliverables on large sets of data. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with collecting and translating complex data into meaningful insights for non-technical stakeholders. This Virtual position will support ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions internal and external clients.

● Gather and translate business needs into architectural, data and BI application requirements
● Interview internal and external clients to gather onboarding requirements for implementation
● Collect and analyze data across internal data and our client portfolio
● Help build reporting dashboards to monitor key performance metrics
● Monitor usage stats to spot key trends and formulate recommendations for taking our products to the next level

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree preferred

● 1-2 years of experience with T ableauor other related tools such as, Qlik view, Power BI, etc.
● Extremely high attention to detail and exceptional organizational ability
● Proficient with Microsoft Excel
● Experience with database querying (e.g. SQL)
● Understanding of statistical analysis (SPSS)
● Previous experience in recruitment preferred
