The Quality Management Director will have administrative oversite of the development and
implementation of the hospitals quality and performance improvement program. The Quality
Management Director will report to the VP of Quality and Patient Safety and will support the
Patient Safety Officer, Director of Regulatory Affairs and Accreditation, Risk Manager and the
Director of Infection Control. The Quality Management Director develop metrics in quality and
patient safety, ensure all policies and procedures are in compliance and acts as an expert
resource for all hospital departments.
