The Program Manager owns projects and programs supporting cross functional teams to identify, implement and evaluate current, new and future programs to drive intended results to improve retention and customer experiences.

  • Own and execute pilot initiatives with rigorous assessment of impact and return on investment (e.g. by conducting A/B tests) and drive cross-functional scaling of most-effective innovations and best practices by clearly demonstrating likely outcomes;

  • Research and recommend innovative solutions and options to improve retention that meets or exceeds companywide goal;

  • Drive national best practices, policies and procedures for retention;

  • Utilize various data inputs to develop rapid response solutions to drive change in retention;

  • Understand and document needs, process, and outcome using data mapping and validation tools;

  • Own project execution throughout the implementation of projects/programs;

  • Assess resource requirements for standard and non-standard projects;

  • Manage multiple project/program implementations to include comprehensive project plans;

  • Serves as the business analytics expert for standard and customized implementations.


Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.


Minimum Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in related field of study AND

  • Three (3) years project or program management experience OR

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience


Certificates and Licenses: None required.

  • MS 365; Web proficiency

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to use data to drive business actions

  • Strong data analytics skills

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

  • Ability to travel 5% of the time

  • Ability to clear required background check

  • This is a home based position. This position is open to residents of, and may be performed remotely from Washington, D.C., and from any state except Colorado.
