Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Data Analytics Intern who will work with various data sets to answer important talent acquisition questions in our effort to deliver exceptional business services to stakeholders. You will partner with team members, our analytics team and other interns to bring to life data and its presentation. You will have access to professional recruiters and analysts who will support your professional growth.

In This Role:

• You will assist in creation and maintenance of NPS survey


• You will assist in development of dashboards, data visualizations, and analyses as needed


• You will develop an understanding of our business, and gain experience in selecting tools and techniques that best serve our business


• You will provide data retrieval and manipulation support (ensure quality and accuracy)

Education and Experience:

• Senior in an undergraduate program or enrolled in a master's degree program or certificate program


• Areas of study: mathematics; statistics; computer science; analytics; or related

What you need to Succeed:

• SQL experience (basic skills)


• Experience with one or more of the following Python, SAS, or R


• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI (Not required, but a plus)


• Critical thinking and logical reasoning skills


• Ability to work independently


• Attention to detail


• Active listening and strong communication skills

This is a paid internship.
