Establish strategic direction, marketing goals, budgets, business plans, and marketing communication plans consistent with established guidelines in order to realize annual corporate sales and profitability objectives for Henry Schein Brands. Develop and manage all aspects of Henry Schein Brands' marketing, product launches, pricing, sales training programs, other sales coordination, KOL development, market research, supplier relationships, trade show/convention activities, and product development plans. Execute and/or coordinate the implementation of advertising, public relations, direct mail, trade shows, and all other marketing communications. Determine effectiveness of marketing programs, monitor results, and implement changes necessary to achieve required results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute against the annual brand plan/budget, tracking results and course-correcting as needed.
Lead communications plans, advertising development, go-to-market execution, and investment strategy across Digital, Social, Influencer, PR, and Trade - ensuring that the brand's positioning is established in the US market.
Monitors effectiveness of activities and key initiatives tracking - modifying plans (as needed) to maximize sales and gross profit results.
Working effectively with other marketing disciplines and with cross-functional teams.
Analytical and creative skills-a balance of commercial and strategic acumen.
Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills.
Build a high-performing and engaged team, through coaching, team and individual development, regular feedback, and quarterly performance discussions.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 7 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 1 or more years of management experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
