Job Description:
Oversees and/or supports switch/cell site and/or installation and maintenance, provisioning, dispatch and testing activities of first line managers. Ensures that all functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet customer and company specifications. Monitors job costs; supervises first level supervisors and coordinates with other departments to ensure that schedules are met. Responsible for customer satisfaction. Responsible for maintaining service levels by providing inside and/or outside support for operations processes which support field operations. Responsible to handle customer escalation for 24-hour customer answer points. Typically reports to third level management. Supervisory: Yes
This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T s compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
