What You Do:
Answers phones and greets customers in a polite & expedient manner.
Look up parts, ensuring the part(s) are correct to the customer’s and Company’s satisfaction.
Establishes strong customer relations.
Meets or exceeds monthly and annual sales plans
Works with outside parts sales to develop and service our customers.
Performs sales related duties or other tasks as assigned by the company.
Keeps working area clean and orderly.
Participates in all recommended training to improve productivity.

What You Bring:
High School Diploma, equivalent or higher
Demonstrated customer service excellence
Proven ability to work well in a team
Good driving record
Ability to pass a DOT physical/drug test
Good understanding of mechanical components and associated repairs.
Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and internet functions and other computer software applications.
CDK knowledge is a plus
Physical demands:
Bend, twist, kneel, crouch, work overhead.
Lift to 70 pounds
Employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, and kneel.
Employee will be regularly using arms, hands, and fingers to feel, grasp, push, pull or squeeze and reach.
