Job Description :
Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in large-scale enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM)/ IT Business Management (ITBM)/Customer Service Management (CSM) and enterprise IT solution.
Architect assigned primarily to work with the newly launched Tooling Organization to define the IT Service Management Architecture and roadmap and support capabilities build out.
Provides oversight and guidance on system design, maintenance, and implementation of corporate and client ServiceNow instances
Provides an architectural framework for information system development, maintenance, and enhancement efforts and understands user and process requirements and ensure those requirements can be achieved through high quality deliverables.
Develops technical solutions, basis of estimate, and Enterprise IT architecture to address customers’ large-scale Enterprise IT challenges.
Support and facilitate integration of data gathered from external sources into existing ServiceNow Platform - ITSM, ITOM/ITBM/CSM.
Assists business development teams, including engaging with potential customers, to determine critical pain-points and discuss innovative ITSM and Enterprise IT solutions.
Assists management in researching existing business environment including trends, best practices and company preferred architectural frameworks and alliances to ensure that company services match business trends.
Develops technical and ITSM solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements while minimizing risk during execution.
Assists and supports client activities to eliminate gaps or inconsistencies in the initial solution, architectural design, deliverables, benefits and messaging.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar technical field
Ten or more years’ experience of ITSM/Enterprise IT solution development and delivery management
 
Demonstrated experience in the following technical and ITSM areas:
Systems Administration and IT Infrastructure Management
Experience with incident handling, problem management, and change management.
IT Service Management Hands on Design and Implementation
CMDB, Change Management, Asset Management
Incident & Problem Management
Service Catalog
Request Management & Service Desk
Experience integrating ITSM with third party tools
