REQUIREMENTS:
ITIL certification
5 years of experience as a service desk management; Must have set up services desk from scratch
JIRA experience
Understands term
Experience with metrics and reporting
Experience with measuring customers satisfaction
Ability to understand increasing and decreasing call volume
Knows best practices
Office 365 experience
Financial services experience within a regulatory enviornment
Must have experience managing a service desk in an enterprise environment
