RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:



  • ITIL certification

  • 5 years of experience as a service desk management; Must have set up services desk from scratch

  • JIRA experience

  • Understands term

  • Experience with metrics and reporting

  • Experience with measuring customers satisfaction

  • Ability to understand increasing and decreasing call volume

  • Knows best practices

  • Office 365 experience

  • Financial services experience within a regulatory enviornment

  • Must have experience managing a service desk in an enterprise environment
