Kforce has a client that is seeking an HR Program Coordinator in Saint Louis, MO.
Responsibilities:
Performs the day to day operations of Contingent Staffing, interacting with Suppliers, responding to inquiries of internal and external users, managing contractor time cards and credential verification
Processes contractor payroll and vendor payments
Ensures overall program compliance to policy/guidelines along with monitoring and controlling contractor spend
Daily tasks of requesting accesses, cross charging timecards, updating tracking sheets, reviewing documentation and sending first day instructions to the proper contacts
Cold calling employees for work assignments
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED
0-2 years of experience
Comfortable and proficient in MS Excel
Critical thinking skills and ability to multitask
Flexible to changing needs
Proficient in Microsoft Teams
Willing to work flexible hours; Potentially early mornings and weekends
Comfortable with providing standard work when needing to document processes
