Administrative Assistant - Part-Time
Provides administrative support to the Concert Hall and Production Directors, and Associate Dean of Administration.
Responsible for hiring process for student employees including the i-9 verification.
Processes Workday transactions including requisitions, invoices, expense reimbursements, purchasing card reconciliation and adhoc cash transactions.
Initiates reports/correspondence, both internally & externally.
Assist with special projects and events on ad hoc basis as assigned, including recitals, performances, etc.
Initiates action to resolve problems and handle various requests; elevates matters to the attention of the appropriate individual.
Orders supplies and other materials as needed.
Initiates appropriate follow-up/action when necessary.
