Provides thought leadership and direction in support of new business development opportunities. Leads the implementation of new business development initiatives; partners with business owners to ensure expected results. Provides leadership and support of existing business and oversight of new initiatives.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
Translates strategy for new business opportunities into operational tactics and builds organizational support and infrastructure to support business development.
Contributes to the development of expansion market studies, business plans, and operational implementation plans, working closely with executive leadership as a subject matter expert to support new business ventures.
Manages and develops client relationships with senior leadership within the health system and in business venture organizations.
Provides oversight and client relationship management for expansion markets, coordinates and drives resolution of problems which have a broad impact on current business ventures and future business development opportunities.
Provides an independent business perspective for executive leadership on key organizational strategies and critical project investments.
Performs other duties as assigned.
