Marketing Specialist - Quanum - VIRTUAL- Monday to Friday

This position can be fully remote, but working on Eastern Time zone. Actual office is located in Ohio, however 45% of team is remote. Looking for a Graphic Designer with coding experience.Will be designing digital downloads, creating copy writing content.

The Marketing Specialist will play an integral role on the QuestDiagnostics HCIT Marketing team to develop and execute demand generationprograms to drive business growth for Quanum HCIT Solutions. With a balanced focuson developing high-value materials to support both marketing and sales, theMarketing Specialist will help drive incremental revenue opportunities for thebusiness.
The Marketing Specialist is anexceptional copywriter and the primary graphic design lead, responsible for thecreation of assets to help drive brand awareness for Quest Diagnostics HCITsolutions and services. The ideal candidate will help communicate QuestDiagnostics brand standards and value, messaging, and product details, whileadhering to the AMA style of writing. Key contributions include; creating and designingcollateral, digital campaigns, white papers, case studies, videos, andadditional assets to help raise brand awareness and drive business growth. Incollaboration with industry thought leaders and Quest colleagues, developmentof testimonial recordings and webinars will be a key deliverable.
The Marketing Specialist is akey team player in a high-paced, collaborative environment-all with a focus on positioningQuest as a thought leader in the healthcare industry.

Dutiesand Responsibilities:
Develop and design assets to drive demand, generate leads, and minimize attrition.
Collaborate with the internal marketing team and/or third-party resources to develop appropriate digital collateral (email templates, landing pages, forms, video, etc.) to raise brand awareness and generate demand and leads.
Lead a robust webinar program with key thought-leader contributors to showcase both Quanum HCIT Solutions and an understanding of industry trends.
Assist in development of messaging that highlights key benefits, optimizes product positioning, and differentiates Quanum solutions in the marketplace.
Work with media content providers and PR partners, as required, to promote the brand.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver compelling social media content via Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Create content for internal and customer-facing newsletters, websites, and blog posts.
Evaluate industry and market trends to assist in development of content strategy.
Engage in special projects, such as customer retention and voice of customer initiatives, to help drive retention and growth.
Participate in additional projects as required.

Education Preferred:
BA in Marketing or Graphic Design, or a combination of education and experience in design, communications, marketing, business, and related fields

Work Experience:
5+ years of experience in a similar marketing environment
2+ years of IT or healthcare marketing experience preferred

Expert-level use of Adobe Creative Suite
Fluency in Adobe Experience Manager, Wordpress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Coding for responsive web design and email is a plus
Experience with marketing automation (Marketo, Eloqua) and CRM (SFDC)
Acute attention to detail
Extremely organized and highly flexible to meet deadlines
Resourceful self-starter/problem solver
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory
Ability to develop and execute new ideas through collaboration
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required
