Responsible for Job Order Reception which includes professional representation of PCSI with the customer, asking pertinent questions and managing/prioritizing received information
Manage information in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Labor Entry
Job Order Creation and Closeout
Scheduling
Government Asset Updates
Historical Navigation
Create and distribute various Production Reports to maintain success with PCSI's contract delivery
Proofread Government Documents and PCSI Time Sheets
Record keeping of Time Sheets, Adjustment Logs, and various Job Orders to prepare PCSI for auditing
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must have four (4) years' related experience and/or formal vocational/technical training in scheduling and/or planning. Must have demonstrated knowledge of construction trad
Must have data entry skills and experience using current computer software applications.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to communicate in a professional manner in both oral and written communication
Type minimum of 40 WPM
Knowledgeable w/ a CMMS system
Intermediate skills with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
Marginal knowledge of construction/facilities trades
Ability to interpret and retain PCSI's contract requirements
Knowledge of Federal DoD Government processes
Ability to use general office equipment
Possibility to work full time
Working Condition
Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening.
Possess valid driver's license and maintain good driving record.
Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance, including a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation.
