SUMMARY:  This position works directly with purchasers of timeshare ownership on behalf of the Developer and Sales Agents in an intense work environment. The employee demonstrates an extensive knowledge of all closing documents as they guide purchasers through the process to finalize the timeshare ownership purchase.   The position also assists existing owners with their title needs and supports other members of the Contracts department with other duties as assigned.
