JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities. Conceptualizes and creates marketing materials, manages projects, and ensures company messages are consistent.
· Knowledge of advertising strategies and concepts, the way they work and how they could work better
· Organize, update, and manage the marketing project/material portfolio
· Improve communication efficiencies within the company
· Work with manager to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget
· Deliver content via email, direct mail or company approved social media
· Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
· Assist in the implementation of all marketing activities, working closely to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ultimately generate new business leads
· Track and report measures of success in the market
· Collaborate on new campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and new business
· Represent CTIC and CTBI in civic and community activities
· Administrative and clerical tasks, as assigned
· Work with the Bank's marketing department to ensure cohesive strategy
· Ensure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE
· College or Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Products including Microsoft Publisher; knowledge of Microsoft Visio is a plus
· Experience with CMS and CRM systems or display an ability to learn rapidly
· Experience in creating and executing branding and marketing campaigns
· Ability to coordinate, schedule and oversee client entertainment events
· Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated and energetic, team oriented

· Travel require
