Work Experience and/or University experience:


  • Entry level position, no paid work experience is needed. Generally good / relevant University Research Project experience will suffice.


  • New Graduates with BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.


  • Have had Hardware or Electronics Research Project experience while at University, (preferably with Medical Devices).


  • Have an interest in Circuit Design - Digital, Analog, embedded systems, and Medical devices


  • Have Performed End to End System Testing with ability to read and collect data

Job Role Summary:

1. Analyze and Recommend Test Equipment and Test Methods to:

- Validate essential requirements

- Interface proactively and effectively internally and with customers as related to testing activities

2. Create detailed, Documentation (step-by-step) of Test Procedures foreach phase or project as needed to ensure:

- Replicability

- Compliance with standards

- Growth of company knowledge base

3. Communicate clearly and effectively to facilitate quick resolution of problems and accurate documentation of successeswith:

- Test Personnel

- Users

- Developers

- Clients

4. Provide frequent feedback toDevelopers,including:

- Recommendations for Improvements

-Evaluation of problems

- Potential solutions

- Discussion of further Test Requirements

5. Support radio testing.

6. Support cross functional team with various documents review.

Required Technical / Soft Skills (Expert /Good /Knowledge)


  • Knowledge of Medical Devices


  • Good knowledge of Schematic Tools


  • Good knowledge of Circuit Design - Digital / Analog


  • Good knowledge ofLab Testing & familiarity with Multimeters, Oscilloscope, etc.


  • Expert knowledge with Communication, both Written & Oral
