This role acts as the main point of contact for a business function within the organization. They work with business leaders to determine the learning plan for the business function. This role defines and implements the agreed upon learning solution to meet the needs of the business and measurably improve employee performance. This role is accountable for overall effectiveness of learning and development services and products for the business units they support. They are responsible for, but not limited to, defining success measures in partnership with the business and HR partners. They need to identify resources and partner with other functions to create impactful solutions. This position is located in Cincinnati, OH.
