Job Description:

Scope of Work:

Reporting to the Director, Sales the Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and delivering sales results in the assigned territory. As the face of Arrow Fastener to our customers they will be responsible for field sales, building strong and collaborative relationships with our customers. This position will manage all facets of the retail accounts assigned to its location including sales, administration, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with dealers and other accounts, in the field, to exceed sales goals and promote other sales initiatives as needed.

Monitor and report on market and competitive activities and provide relevant reports and information.

Analyze territory sales performance reports to develop and execute strategic business plans to support growth and increased sales.

Aggressively identify selling opportunities to secure wing stacks, bulk stacks, end caps, and stack outs to create impactful, cross merchandised, product displays.

Participate in customer sales events, product demonstrations/training, line reviews, trade shows and other value added efforts as identified.

Provide regular updates on field activities and, customer meetings through CRM Software or other reporting means.

Collaborate on sales opportunities with Regional Sales Manager, Director and Product Managers

Perform project related actives including program resets/refreshes, promotional product placement, survey execution, and store merchandising.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred, or relevant experience

2+ years proven results selling and relationship building in a retail operations market preferred

Self-directed and motivated with exceptional organizational, prioritization and communication skills

Solid MS Office skills using Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Strong ability to collaborate, build lasting relationships and influence a varied and diverse group of decision makers

Able to travel up to 70% including overnight/weekends within the US

Valid Drivers license and the ability lift up to 35 lbs.
