Experience 5 Year(s)-Related Experience-Required 3 Year(s)-Leadership experience or equivalent in a related field.-Required
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred Licensed in the state of practice, if applicable-Required
