1st shift Final Assemblers in Vancouver, WA! $16/hr to start! Hours will be Monday-Thursday from 5AM-3:30PM.

We are looking for a Final Assembler who will grow at our Vancouver, WA facility.
The Final Assembler will participate with the building of lighting fixtures and final packaging in the assembly line.
What you'll do in this role:
Accurately and efficiently build fixtures or components as required with minimal supervision.
Visually inspect fixtures for material flaws and report flaws as directed.
Will participate in quality assurance training.
Proficient with wiring techniques and testing of lighting fixtures.
Trained in all areas of Final Production.
Must be able to safely lift up to 30lbs. repetitively throughout the work day.
Expert with use of all hand tools for assembly and testing.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while paying attention to quality and details.
Must maintain a clean work environment.
Will assist in training of new Line Assembler employees.
Fully trained in proper packaging techniques to include identifying miss-prints or other defects on packaging material, packaging products with correct components and labels, down stacking and pallet placements, wrapping pallets and accurate counting of leftover packaging.
