We do it with a laser focus on reliability, security, and with a global reach. Intrado is looking for a Product Training Coordinator. This role is responsible for providing customers private web conferencing training; stay up to date on the various Web conferencing technologies; work strategically with sales representatives to convey knowledge to customers; assist with internal rollouts of new product launches and upgrades; establish an excellent working relationship with each customer and continuously strive to improve the level of overall services provided; thoroughly assess customer needs to devise the most effective, efficient and appropriate training model and materials necessary to exceed customer expectations.
Education * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in education, communications, English, business administration or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
Experience * Minimum two years web conferencing, training, or quality assurance experience required * Minimum one year instructional design experience and/or web-based training preferred
