A Managed Care Company is seeking a Sr Desktop Administrator (SCCM) in San Diego, CA.
Role Description The Sr. Desktop Administrator will be part of a local team of two (and part of a larger regional team) and support approx 500 staff, including remote workers. Post Covid, 70% of job will be in-person, desk side support. Imaging, reimaging, hardware support, software troubleshooting, working with ios and android systems, desktop support. • Understands key issues that happen within the area that they support and drives for issue resolution. • Guides and coaches junior team members as needed. • Improves the production operations for the area they support through automation and better processes.
Skills & Requirements • 3+ years of Desktop administration experience • Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 • Active Directory and SCCM experience • Healthcare industry experience • Knowledge of Apple iOS • High School Diploma or GED
