Hays Property has partnered with a top Property Management Company, to assist in the growth of their Maintenance team in the Washington, DC/ Northern VA area.
Your new role
As the Maintenance Technician you will assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property. You will respond to work orders and assist the Maintenance Supervisor with the preventative maintenance of the mechanical systems.
What You'll Need To Succeed
-2-5 years of experience in residential building maintenance
-Strong experience with HVAC, Heat Pumps, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and appliance repair
-HVAC certification required
-Good communication skills
-High level of customer service
-MUST be able to work night and weekends as needed for on-call
