A Technology Service and Consulting Company is seeking an Application Services Engineer (Statistical Analysis) in Miami, FL.
Role Description • The primary responsibilities of the Application Services Engineer (ASE) is to provide implementation services, Train-the Trainer education, and troubleshooting on all systems and Data Management applications. • Assist in growing our business by providing excellent customer support. • Participates in project coordinator of all installations to which they are assigned while efficiently performing system implementations and software upgrades, including customer training with minimal assistance by following established guidelines. • Strive to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and communicate effectively to the appropriate internal stakeholders. • Must be willing to travel to support installation activities. • Organize and participate in field based customer education events. • Work in accordance with government regulations, FDA and OSHA; works in accordance with the Quality System, including adherence to all applicable training requirements and enforcement of all company safety guidelines. • Effectively use the appropriate communication tools. • Maintain a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
Skills & Requirements • Requires 2-5 years of experience in related field required. • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written) for success in this position. • Must be able to work independently and possess some basic knowledge in IT. • Be able to have a basic understanding of statistical analysis and computer proficiency skills. • BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Medical Technology certification preferred.
