Basic responsibilities include food prep, cooking, cleaning and maintaining a clean work environment.  This position is responsible for preparing meals according to monthly set menu, cleaning/sanitizing food areas, freezers and coolers.  Also prepares meals to ensure special dietary needs are met as directed according to management.  Receives and checks in inventory of products/produce, rotating items to maintain regulatory compliance.

Must possess a Texas Food Handlers license, if not must obtain within 30 days of hire date.
