We have a unique opportunity for a seasoned Sr. Digital Product Marketing Manager to join our Enterprise Software Marketing team to help grow our business. This high-impact Sr. Digital Product Marketing Manager will develop and execute specific marketing plans and activities to enhance our market position. We are looking for a team player who takes initiative, is a fast learner, works well across multiple functional areas, and is comfortable and confident in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Develops specific marketing plans and activities to establish, distinguish, and grow product placement.


  • Designs marketing campaigns that drive revenue, adoption, and expansion.


  • Oversees demand generation tied to specific business outcomes.


  • Delivers strategic results that have a company-wide impact on revenue.


  • Acts as demand generation technology and business consultant.


  • Leads development of high-impact and/or long-range strategic projects and initiatives.


  • Interfaces with solutions engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand demand drivers and customer success metrics.


  • Demonstrates a customer-first attitude, understanding how personas shape and impact the customer journey.


  • In-house expert on digital demand generation for new customer acquisitions, adoption, and renewals.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher.


  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, product marketing, sales operations, and or business analysis.


  • Previous experience managing business outcomes, communicating across teams, and meeting deadlines to accomplish common goals.


  • Proven success thriving in an Agile team environment.


  • Distinct accomplishment that clearly contributed to increased revenue.


  • Deep experience driving significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.


  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle.


  • External or internal agency experience is preferred.

Additional Job Description:

This base salary range for this position is $97,200- $162,000 annually.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with the relevant plan documents and equity in accordance with equity award agreements.
