Responsible for maintaining knowledge of and promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors
Ensure customers are aware of our full product line as well as any product promotions
Responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the sales and profits in your store
Work with Sales Center Manager in executing corporate and local strategic programs and sales initiatives
Provide superior customer service to our customers and build relationships with customers and associates
Follow up, verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction
Keep showroom stocked and orderly
Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and back of house areas
All other duties as assigned

2+ years' experience in HVAC sales or other pertinent HVAC experience
Excellent customer service skills
Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is desired
A willingness to learn is a must have
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Must be team-oriented
Must have High School diploma or equivalent, with minimum of one-year relevant work experience
