The Opportunity

The Director of Product Management will be responsible for the roadmap and strategy for One Medical's provider and care team tools. You will be developing products aimed at fixing systemic issues in the United States healthcare system resulting in next-generation provider care experiences that deliver better results at lower cost. You will have a wide range of responsibility over our Electronic Medical Record system, 1Life, from conceptual development to execution, working with leaders across the executive, operational and clinical parts of the business. You will deftly balance the requirements, expectations, needs and interests of multiple stakeholders and ask the right questions to accurately analyze situations while acquiring data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems.

You'll diligently build partnerships and collaborate with others to meet shared objectives. Equipped with a keen strategic mindset, you will be responsible for articulating a forward-looking strategy and defining the 1Life product road-map as One Medical scales. As a proven and effective team builder, you value an appropriate and diverse mix of styles, perspective and experience, all while leading the team to apply those diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.

What you'll work on:

• Own the product roadmap and strategy for the end-to-end 1Life experience


• Work closely with stakeholders across the company to deliver top-notch products and make optimal trade offs


• Lead and develop a growing and talented team of 5+ product managers


• Maintain market awareness across healthcare and digital health, following trends and shifts in competition across the healthcare landscape


• Build and iterate on key product processes (planning, reviews, cadence) across multiple teams


• Be responsible for how the 1Life technology, teams and processes can scale over time

You'll need:

• 8+ years experience building products for consumers, enterprises and internal employees or multi-sided marketplaces


• 3+ years experience owning and leading a product management team with 4 or more individuals.


• 3+ years working in B2B2C healthcare,


• Strong demonstrated ability to balance multiple corporate priorities to create a strong product vision and roadmap


• Ability to create a functional vision and product road-map encompassing a broad and complex portfolio of products.


• Market and industry mindset, with experience creating business cases and getting executive buy-in


• Ability to demonstrate strong product sense and intuition, landing on thoughtful problem hypotheses and being able to lead his/her teams to the best solutions
