SUMMARY:VSE is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to source for a multi-sector organization consisting of both commercial and government contracts. The Sourcer must be flexible and adaptable to a dynamic and changing environment with proven success as a Sourcer. The Sourcer must possess the ability to navigate the hierarchy of a multi-tiered, national, and international organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively search for candidates in all job boards


• Develop strong relationships with the Recruiters and Recruiting Manager.


• Ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.


• Ensure timeliness of recruitment process.


• Take positive steps to support and promote the recruitment, retention, and development programs for VSE Corporation.


• Build candidate pipeline for high turnover roles


• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.


• 2-3 years of sourcing experience on different skillsets.


• Experience sourcing/recruiting for cleared and non-cleared candidates


• Understand employment laws; EEO, FLSA, and OFCCP


• Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (Ceridian experience is a plus)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience.


• Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic fast paced work culture.


• Strong understanding of the recruiting aspects involved in the Government proposal environment.


• Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle processes.


• Experience with high volume sourcing.


• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
