STIBO Functional Project Manager

Location and Travel: Sunnyvale, CA

Job Description: We are looking for a STIBO Functional Project Manager who will be responsible for defining, analyzing and documenting project requirements, clearly communicating these to the development team, and conducting software quality assurance. The person in this role has experience with owning an effort and driving it through to completion in an Agile environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


  • Knowledge acquisition during Design phase

  • Prepare High Level and Low Level Design

  • Define detailed Stibo PIM solution architecture and data models

  • Provide guidance on Stibo PIM processes

  • Advise on PIM standard methodologies and provide technical leadership to the project team

  • Work with client and offshore teams and ensure development team is aligned with the project timelines and quality objectives

  • Solid understanding of master data concepts, processes, and tools including data modeling, data profiling, data quality assessment, data integration and data governance.

  • Supports Data Mapping Phases with proper technical analysis

  • Supports the identification of objects and data elements to be handled, specifies the policies and business rules for how master data is created and maintained, describing hierarchies, taxonomies, or other relationships important to organizing or classifying objects, and assigns data-stewardship responsibility to individuals and organizations

  • Responsibility for development as part of implementation projects.

  • Ensure quality of work remains in line with agreed standards within scope and budget

  • Collaborate closely throughout project lifecycle with relevant project partners to define final solution design before deployment

  • Facilitate analysis and design workshops

  • Write, review, and approve technical specifications to ensure alignment with customer requirements, overall company policy and architectural standards

  • Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies

  • Ensure project Functional and Non Functional requirements are met for the respective track.

  • Responsible for preparing any training manuals related to Stibo end user features and provide training to end users.

  • Be aware of the programme timelines and flag potentials risks and issues for timely action by the programme management team

  • Experience working with PII data and a general understanding of E Privacy, GDPR, data privacy etc.

Qualifications:


  • B.S.degree. Master’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

  • 2-3 years of experience in the relevant area and overall 8 to 9 years experience in IT

  • Managing performance and profitability

  • Financial planning and strategy

  • Promoting process improvement
