As the In House Housekeeper, you may look forward to:
Scheduling housekeepers to clean properties
Scheduling inspections on properties that have been cleaned
Corresponding with property owners
Maintaining records of lost and found items from properties
Creating work orders for maintenance issues reported by housekeeper and inspectors
Creating work orders for laundry to be done in-house
Updating property portfolios as neededObeys all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
You are a person that (required skills):
Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Has working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Is able to work weekends and holidays
Is able to work as a team
Physically you can anticipate to:
Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
